What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Domestically the shipping methods available are determined by Good Sort’s suppliers. Australia Post is used where possible, but your products may arrive from different postal services depending on what items you have in your order.

International shipping is handled by Sendle

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. But currently only to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Singapore and Japan. More countries will be added in the future.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

This can vary and depends on the amount of products in your order, the postal service, how quickly payment is made, and the supplier. Where possible, our suppliers endeavour to process and ship your items between 3 – 5 business days domestically. For orders outside of Australia, shipping can take longer. This will also depend on public holidays, etc.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Good Sort accepts payments that can be processed by PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Afterpay. Through these methods you can pay with all major Credit Cards, or your Debit Card.

Will My Information Be Secure?

Good Sort has a secure checkout system, choosing PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Afterpay for all transactions. We do not store any credit card information, and are fully PCI compliant. This website is hosted on Australian servers so is subject to Australian data privacy laws.

Is Buying Online Safe?

Good Sort encrypts all information sent over the internet using the latest encryption methods. There are basic things you can do as a customer to protect your information when shopping online. These include things such as not sharing your account details with anyone, not saving your password or credit card information in your browser, and making sure you logout of your sessions, especially if using a public computer.

How do I place an Order?

Placing an order on Good Sort is very simple. Find the products you want, then add them to your shopping cart. Go to the checkout screen, enter your personal details for shipping, then pay via the payment methods available. You will then receive an email confirming your order and follow-up emails with your receipt, and shipping information.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel or change your order, please contact us with the email you used to place the order and your order number as soon as you possibly can. Good Sort cannot guarantee the order can be changed once in the processing phase, as the order is automatically sent to our suppliers who may have already shipped your item.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You do not need an account to shop with Good Sort. You are able to checkout items as a guest user. However to keep up-to-date with the latest offers, track your orders and make the checkout process quicker, we recommend you create an account on our site.

How Do I Track My Order?

Order tracking information will be sent to you in an email once the tracking information becomes available. If you have an account on the site, then you can login to track your order in your accounts screen.
