Can I return my order?

Good Sort and affiliated suppliers will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of purchase. No refund will be accepted for products that have been opened or are returned damaged. Proof of purchase is required. The refund method will be in the form of the original payment method.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it arrives safely.

Can I receive an exchange or refund?

You may request a refund up to 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, or in original condition.

Once confirmation has been received that your product has been returned to the supplier’s warehouse, we will notify you via email to discuss your options to receive an exchange or refund.

My item was delivered damaged/faulty/incorrect. What are my options?

If the item you have received is faulty, was damaged in transit, or is not the item you ordered, please take a photo, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Do not dispose of the item until we have a chance to get back to you.
